SPC Adelina jaramillo

SPC Adelina Jaramillo is a dedicated music educator and performer with a strong background in both classroom instruction and military musicianship. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education with an instrumental emphasis in oboe from McMurry University, where she studied from August 2015 to May 2020.

Following her academic training, SPC Jaramillo served as an elementary music teacher at North Elementary in Lamesa, where she taught for four years. During her tenure, she cultivated a dynamic and engaging music program, fostering students’ musical literacy, creativity, and appreciation for the arts.

In 2025, SPC Jaramillo expanded her musical career by joining the 36th Infantry Division Band. She completed Basic Training in September 2025 and graduated from the School of Music in November 2025, further strengthening her skills as a military musician. She officially joined the 36th ID Band in December 2025.

In addition to her professional and military commitments, SPC Jaramillo remains an active performer in her community as a member of the Lubbock Community Band and The Lone Star Winds.

Through her combined experiences in education, performance, and service, SPC Jaramillo continues to demonstrate a commitment to musical excellence and lifelong learning.
